Our prices are determined by the square footage of your roof, accessories like vents or skylights, tear-off of existing roof based on layers, and the height and steepness of your roof. We use CertainTeed Landmark or GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, synthetic underlayment, and install 2 rows of ice and water as needed. Replace existing skylights, faux chimney, Ridge Vent. Our service also includes 4 sheets of plywood for rotted decking, with additional sheets at $75 per sheet. New drip edge/gutter apron and flashing (chimney, step, roof-to-wall, counter etc...) are included.
