Most homeowners do not routinely inspect their attic for any disconnected kitchen or bathroom vents. Any issues can have hot and humid air venting in the attic and prematurely aging the roof and rotting out wood like plywood or rafters and so on. At TomKat Restoration we offer an inspection twice a year to make sure all connections are solid and proper. Any issues that are found early enough will not cause damage to the house roof and attic. On top of the kitchen and bathroom vents we also make sure your soffit intake and roof exhaust are also operating properly and there are no obstructions.
